Kate has dedicated the last 15 years to gaining deep knowledge of fund operation matters and valuation experience for venture capital firms and portfolio companies. Her experience covers all aspects of fund formation, partnership best practices, strategic partner communications and portfolio company valuations.
Kate has developed numerous financial and valuation models used by General Partners, portfolio companies’ management teams, and attorneys. These models have been the basis for investment valuations and decision making throughout merger and acquisition discussions with portfolio companies. Her work has been subject to extensive review by both international recognized audit firms and regulatory bodies such as the SEC.
