As Wildcat’s Venture Analyst, Grahme Taylor supports the firm’s efforts around investment sourcing and diligence, and portfolio company value creation.
Grahme first joined Wildcat as an intern in 2017 while studying at UNC Chapel Hill, before returning full-time following graduation. He designed his own curriculum, complimenting his Health Policy & Management Major and Chemistry Minor with coursework on entrepreneurial strategy, venture capital, and private equity investing through UNC’s Kenan-Flagler Business School. Prior to joining Wildcat, Grahme consulted C-level executives at multiple large medical practices and hospitals, interned for a U.S. Congressman on Capitol Hill, and worked with a VC Fund of Funds manager in North Carolina.
Grahme is a firm believer in the unique power of technology companies to fight inefficiency at scale and solve massive, costly problems for industry and society alike. He is heavily involved with Wildcat’s digital health investments, which he’s eager to see put a dent in the $1T/yr of wasteful spending that plagues the U.S. healthcare industry. He is also interested in EdTech and FinTech opportunities, B2B2C companies, and transportation/logistics platforms—particularly those utilizing drones.
