With over 20 years of operating and entrepreneurial experience in Technology, Lifestyle and Consumer sectors, Patterson has the knowhow to engage with companies at all stages of development and a strong track record of leveraging her robust network to connect talent with opportunity in executive leadership roles, engineering organizations, sales teams, and boards of directors.
Prior to joining Wildcat, Patterson held various executive positions including Head of Marketing at Visualize, the leading provider of ValueSelling Framework, helping global clients like VMware, Salesforce.com, Avaya, and Motorola grow their top line revenue.
Prior to Visualize, Patterson spearheaded community relations for NikeWomen where she led initiatives to build the brand, increase loyalty, and create a “customer-community” in Northern California and nationwide.
Before leading these efforts at NikeWomen, Patterson directed Small & Medium Business sales and marketing programs for @Road, one of the first profitable SaaS companies in addition to holding sales and sales management roles at Clarify, a leading provider of integrated Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions, which she helped grow from $19M to $290M in revenue during her tenure.
