There’s been a well-documented breakdown in the culture and values of Silicon Valley. From Uber’s founder’s threats, to allegations that Google failed to act on sexual harassment and gender discrimination complaints. We’ve created an ecosystem of “fun” workplaces with all the perks – from espresso machines to massage chairs and ping pong. But where have all the ethics gone? And can a company succeed without addressing the importance of building a positive company culture?
